Business Development - Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting institutional and private investors.
  • Confidently represent the firm and clearly articulate its value proposition.
  • Lead and organize investor roadshows, meetings, and events to highlight investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective investors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to refine sales strategies.
  • Manage the full fundraising process from initial engagement through to securing commitments.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record in private equity fundraising, capital raising, or institutional sales.
  • Strong understanding of private equity infrastructure or deal structures.
  • Background with top-tier asset managers or dedicated fundraising teams.
  • Ability to work independently and drive fundraising initiatives end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience engaging sophisticated investors.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-performing environment.
  • Culturally aligned, personable, and able to build trust both internally and externally.
Compensation Structure:
  • Commission-based structure tied to a percentage of management fees.
  • Participation in carry, offering significant upside based on fund performance.
