Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting institutional and private investors.
- Confidently represent the firm and clearly articulate its value proposition.
- Lead and organize investor roadshows, meetings, and events to highlight investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective investors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to refine sales strategies.
- Manage the full fundraising process from initial engagement through to securing commitments.
Key Requirements: - Proven track record in private equity fundraising, capital raising, or institutional sales.
- Strong understanding of private equity infrastructure or deal structures.
- Background with top-tier asset managers or dedicated fundraising teams.
- Ability to work independently and drive fundraising initiatives end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience engaging sophisticated investors.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-performing environment.
- Culturally aligned, personable, and able to build trust both internally and externally.
Compensation Structure: - Commission-based structure tied to a percentage of management fees.
- Participation in carry, offering significant upside based on fund performance.
