What You Will Do - Develop Python scripts to automate & streamline crypto transaction workflows.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and operations teams to optimize existing solutions.
- Ensure funds are available across platforms for trading by checking balances and manually moving funds where needed.
- Oversee the entire trade process, including handling deposits, completing settlements, and tracking trades to ensure everything runs as planned.
- Manage Asia fiat-to-crypto flow, including capital allocation decisions, with a focus on opportunities in the Philippines and Indonesia.
- Support the preparation of financial data by reconciling exchange balances with internal systems and contributing to accurate financial reports.
- Develop and run key operational controls, such as position reconciliation at the start of the day, to capture any breaks in PnL related to position discrepancies.
- Analyze data and gather insights to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in other day-to-day crypto transaction operations.
What We Expect Must-Have - Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or personal projects count!).
- Motivation and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently & take ownership of projects.
- Readiness to travel as per need to Riga, Latvia.
Extra Points For - Experience with automation tools and scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and operational workflows.
- Knowledge of accounting and/or financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).
- Interest in data research, big data, or data science.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment automation.
- Track record of coding competitions or hackathons.
- Experience in managing fiat-to-crypto flows in Asia, particularly in the Philippines and Indonesia.
- Understanding of capital allocation strategies in crypto trading operations.
- Experience with position reconciliation and operational controls for monitoring PnL accuracy.
