Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our client's
Sales Team. This role focuses on selling our multi-currency quotation and trading solution to brokerages, asset managers, and stock exchanges globally. A deep understanding of equities and the broader capital markets is essential, as you will engage with clients in these sectors, driving revenue growth and managing relationships with regional and global buy/sell-side clients.
Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell the multi-currency quotation and trading solution to regional and global clients, including brokers, asset managers, family offices, and independent advisors.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and contracting to ensure annual revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering) to develop and customize solutions for new clients, tailoring them to meet specific needs.
- Identify new business opportunities, engage industry players, and explore go-to-market models for the solution.
- Provide market insights to the Product team to help shape the product roadmap and enhance the solution based on client feedback.
- Offer after-market support and relationship management to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships with onboarded clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and equities-related developments to advise clients and create tailored trading solutions.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the capital markets, asset management, or brokerage space.
- Proven track record in selling solutions to brokerages, asset managers, and exchanges.
- In-depth understanding of equities, capital markets, and the trading ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and solution-selling skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
