Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Singapore
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to accelerate business growth across the APAC region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in merchant acquiring, third-party payments, and international payouts. Reporting to the VP of Sales (APAC), you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful payment solutions to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales cycle, acting as the main point of contact for both external clients and internal teams.
  • Guide prospective clients through evaluation processes and answer detailed questions about the product offering.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts with structured account management practices.
  • Identify high-potential industries and target prospects to develop a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Proactively update activity, pipeline progress, and KPIs within the company’s CRM system.
  • Serve as the face of the business in your market, building brand credibility with clients, partners, banks, and regulators.
  • Offer market intelligence by providing feedback on competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders across the region to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets with full ownership of the sales process.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience in ecommerce, online payments, POS systems, or international payouts—preferably within high-growth or startup environments.
  • A strong network of contacts and potential clients in the region is highly advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and product offerings.
  • Proficient in consultative sales techniques and familiar with CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to tackle challenges.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to move internal processes forward.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Able to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience working with marketplaces, fraud solutions, or card-issuing platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
