Senior Sales Manager to accelerate business growth across the APAC region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in merchant acquiring, third-party payments, and international payouts. Reporting to the
VP of Sales (APAC), you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful payment solutions to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities - Own the entire sales cycle, acting as the main point of contact for both external clients and internal teams.
- Guide prospective clients through evaluation processes and answer detailed questions about the product offering.
- Prepare tailored proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts with structured account management practices.
- Identify high-potential industries and target prospects to develop a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Proactively update activity, pipeline progress, and KPIs within the company’s CRM system.
- Serve as the face of the business in your market, building brand credibility with clients, partners, banks, and regulators.
- Offer market intelligence by providing feedback on competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales leaders across the region to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Requirements - Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets with full ownership of the sales process.
- 5–8 years of sales experience in ecommerce, online payments, POS systems, or international payouts—preferably within high-growth or startup environments.
- A strong network of contacts and potential clients in the region is highly advantageous.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and product offerings.
- Proficient in consultative sales techniques and familiar with CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to tackle challenges.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to move internal processes forward.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
- Able to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience working with marketplaces, fraud solutions, or card-issuing platforms.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
