Key Account Manager (KL) Global Analytics Software Company and Shape the Future of Business Decisions! What You’ll Contribute - Cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand their critical business challenges and effectively communicate our solution capabilities.
- Conduct thorough research and collaborate with internal sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to identify and develop compelling solution proposals.
- Create comprehensive client business plans and engage in complex deal negotiations to build a robust pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
- Structure and negotiate complex deals to secure new business and protect existing client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term, profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to influence the future direction of our solution roadmaps based on market demands.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, with significant earning potential for exceeding goals.
Requirements - A Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a commercial environment.
- Proven experience building relationships with senior clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and business challenges, as well as knowledge of relevant solutions.
- Demonstrated success in structuring and selling complex, enterprise solutions to large financial services, Insurance or banking clients.
- Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
- A collaborative approach with experience working with diverse internal teams to develop compelling client value propositions.
- Experience in managing SAAS, credit scoring, risk analytics, fraud compliance solutions would be a big advantage.
