Seeking an experienced Liquidity Management Specialist to join the team, who has understanding of the trading platforms & market data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage liquidity across the FX and cryptocurrency trading venues
Analyze market data to identify liquidity gaps and optimization opportunities
Liaise with liquidity providers to ensure adequate depth and tight spreads
Work closely with the sales team to understand client liquidity requirements
Develop and implement liquidity management strategies tailored to APAC market conditions
Prepare regular reporting on liquidity metrics and performance
Support risk management by monitoring unusual trading patterns
Assist in onboarding and integration of new liquidity providers
Contribute to the development of liquidity management tools and systems
Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting liquidity provision in Singapore and APAC
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
5+ years of experience in FX or cryptocurrency markets, preferably in liquidity management, trading, or
related functions
Strong understanding of electronic trading markets and infrastructure
Experience with trading platforms and market data analysis
Knowledge of Singapore and APAC financial markets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance or related field
Experience with institutional FX or cryptocurrency trading
Understanding of market microstructure and order book dynamics
Programming skills (Python, R, or similar) for data analysis
Previous experience at an exchange, ECN, or institutional broker
MAS regulatory knowledge and familiarity with Singapore financial regulation
