About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Liquidity Management and Sales professional to join our Singapore office, focusing on institutional client relationships across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FX markets, understanding of electronic trading, and strong relationships with institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Liquidity Management
- Analyze and optimize liquidity provision across multiple asset classes
- Monitor execution quality and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market depth and tightness
- Work with trading teams to ensure optimal price formation and market stability
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive institutional sales growth across APAC region
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, hedge funds, and asset managers
- Develop tailored solutions for clients' execution needs
- Create and present detailed execution analysis and performance metrics
- Market Analysis & Strategy
- Provide market insight and execution consulting to institutional clients
- Monitor market conditions and adjust liquidity parameters accordingly
- Analyze trading patterns and identify opportunities for business growth
- Stay current with market structure developments and regulatory changes
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with global sales teams to coordinate client initiatives
- Work closely with technology teams on platform enhancements
- Regular engagement with senior management on business strategy
- Build strong relationships with key market participants
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 8 years experience in FX markets or electronic trading
- Deep understanding of electronic trading infrastructure and execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in market microstructure and liquidity dynamics
Business Skills:
- Proven track record in institutional sales within financial markets
- Established network of institutional relationships in APAC
- Excellence in relationship management and client service
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous
- Additional Asian languages highly valued
