Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to risk assessment and design risk-based audit plans
- Develop audits addressing key risks and regulatory requirements
- Maintain audit plan relevance and propose changes as needed
- Audit Delivery
- Lead planning, fieldwork, and reporting of internal audit engagements
- Deliver quality audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Share knowledge and conduct training on emerging risk themes
- Apply data analytics to diagnose issues and trends
- Monitor audit issues and action plans
- Stakeholder Management
- Build effective relationships with business unit management
- Manage external stakeholders including regulators
- Represent GIA at formal committees and meetings
- Provide meaningful challenge and data-driven insights
- Team Leadership
- Lead the CIB Technology audit team
- Embed highest standards of ethics and conduct
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Drive productivity and quality improvements
