Job Title: Operations Professional

Reports To: Head of Investment Operations
  
Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade and Transaction Management:
• Manage end-to-end trade execution, including processing, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Interact with Investment Team, Accountants, Custodians, and Broker/Dealers for transaction processing.
• Handle transaction complexities including fails, claims, and special process orders.
2. Operational Support:
• Develop and maintain operational and financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance on month-end close, cash controls, and expense processing.
• Support strategic projects focused on efficiency and scalability.
3. Deal and Documentation Support:
• Work with Legal and Investment Teams to finalize private deal closings.
• Enhance workflows and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of investment operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Proficient in handling financial data.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Experience with Investment Accounting Platforms (Clearwater Analytics preferred).
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems (Bloomberg AIM Trading Platform a plus).
• Basic accounting or credit securities knowledge helpful.

Base Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000
