Position: Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Department
Purpose:
To originate and grow banking relationships with top-tier Singapore corporates, aligned with the corporate banking strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate relationships with top-tier local corporates, focusing on TMT, Power/Utility, and Healthcare sectors.
- Develop and implement robust account plans to grow wallet share while adhering to risk parameters.
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including origination, execution, and monitoring.
- Oversee all customer risk aspects, such as credit, AML/fraud, legal, regulatory, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Credit Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and international branches.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Financial: Contribute to asset growth, multi-product income, and customer acquisition targets.
- Non-financial: Minimize credit losses, policy breaches, regulatory non-compliance, and adverse audit findings.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 8–10 years in front-line corporate banking, with a proven track record in managing and growing top-tier corporate relationships as a Global Account Manager.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of banking products and proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
