Our client, a leading global FinTech provider, is building out their New York sales team in support of a very exciting new product launch.
The ideal candidate will come from either an enterprise software sales background or relevant financial services roles such as Relationship Management, Client Services, or Implementation. Our client values industry expertise and relationship-building capabilities over strict sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise sales cycles for reconciliation, cash management, and trade processing solutions
- Build relationships with C-suite executives at top-tier financial institutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed annual revenue targets
- Partner with solution consultants to architect complex digital transformation programs
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in enterprise software sales OR financial services client-facing roles
- Deep understanding of capital markets operations and technology
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Track record of exceeding targets in current role
Base salary $100,000 - $150,000 + uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.
