As Country Head, you will:

• Drive the firms strategic growth in Poland
• Manage the local regulatory application while ensuring ongoing compliance once the business goes-live
• Oversee all hiring, branch administration and operations
• Participate in key decision-making as part of the Executive Committee
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal matters

  
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience in the Polish financial services market with a deep network among senior decision makers
• Proven commercial leadership is essential as you will be the PnL owner for this business
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Proven track record in process and project management
• Understanding of legal and compliance issues in finance
