A leading FX trading and technology firm are looking for an Account Manager to lead retention and expansion across their institutional client base.

Client: Leading FX Trading Platform Provider
Role: Account Manager, Institutional
Location: New York, NY (Manhattan - 3x Days On-site)
Comp: $80K - $100K Base + Commissions

Overview

Our client is a leading FX trading platform provider who are well established and bring a global footprint.

They are looking to hire a polished, process-driven Account Manager who will lead their account expansion and retention efforts, client meetings and events, and wider engagement activities.

This role is a crucial part of their relationship management framework supporting global retention and client success strategies for some of their largest institutional partnerships.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of driving revenue across your assigned territory coverage
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, demos, and networking events
  • Partner with local vendor partners to ensure optimal client support and delivery on key projects
  • Partner with the wider sales, client services, and marketing teams to facilitate efficient account workflows
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ YoE in an Account Management function covering Treasury and/or Trading solutions
  • Experience within the FX and Derivative markets ideally supporting institutional traders with a strong familiarity of their workflows.
  • Prior experience leading training sessions for institutional end-users will be a great bonus!
