Role: Operations (Day) – FICC Ops – Malaysia (KL)
 
The selected candidate will be integrated into the Operations team, where they will engage in a variety of critical day-to-day tasks that are fundamental to the smooth operation of the fund, particularly within the Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange asset classes. The role demands a highly driven individual who possesses a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Managing the entire spectrum of trade lifecycle events within FX and Fixed Income products encompassing confirmations, settlements, and various portfolio position activities like corporate actions, maturities, expiries, and fixings.
• Conducting reconciliations of trade and positional data across internal systems, broker statements, and the fund administrator's
• Producing reports for internal stakeholders, including the Front Office and
• Providing prompt responses and resolutions to inquiries from both internal and external

 
Experience, Requirements & Skills
 

• Business or Finance degree
• Good knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives, and other financial
• At least 5 - 15 years experience of direct operations in end-of-the-end trade life-cycle management in the financial services industry, preferably in a large bank or hedge
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving
• Team player, with the ability to work
• Able to navigate stringent deadlines and pressure in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in prioritizing tasks on short
• Good verbal and written communication skills in
• Knowledge of Excel VBA and Python will be considered an advantage
