Roles and Responsibilities - Deliver excellent client service to Investment Managers and internal clients.
- Maintain accurate books and records, minimizing reconciliation breaks for all ETF models.
- Perform reconciliations across asset types, including cash, stock, FX, CFD, ETD, Repo, and OTC.
- Act as the ETF Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring seamless operational processes for ETF workflows.
- Provide support and guidance to other Operations teams.
- Contribute to change management initiatives and cross-departmental projects.
- Collaborate globally to enhance operational services and strengthen the Reconciliations Centre of Excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile - Proven experience with Active ETF reconciliations or similar roles in financial operations.
- Expertise in reconciliation tools; familiarity with Gresham CTC is advantageous.
- Knowledge of working with multiple custodians and navigating their website portals.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and Tableau; coding experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proactive in error resolution and problem-solving.
