The Role: - Working alongside the Head of Reporting on all aspects of month-end close.
- Preparing and reviewing detailed financial statements and supporting documentation
- Managing relationships with external auditors and third-party service providers
- Overseeing regulatory capital monitoring and compliance reporting
- Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
- Contributing to policy development and technical accounting implementation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Chartered Accountant qualification
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Superior attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - 2-5 years accounting experience
- Public accounting background preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
- Investment management experience advantageous
