Technical Services Manager

Seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a team of professionals, oversee project delivery, and provide hands-on technical expertise in enterprise solutions. This role involves designing and implementing technical services, mentoring teams, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge financial crime and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Align IT strategy with customer experience and operational policies.
• Lead and mentor technical teams while actively participating in hands-on tasks.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), databases (Oracle, SQL), Java, DevOps tools, and Linux/Windows systems.
• Financial services experience, ideally in financial crime and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and engage with clients.
• Experience in designing enterprise solutions and adapting to evolving technologies.
