Manager/VP - Finance & Accounting (Treasury)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of account closures using accounting software.
  • Continuously enhance accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual financial audits.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports (quarterly and annual) to MAS, IRAS, and CPFB.
  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy and punctuality.
  • Regularly document and update accounting and treasury procedures to ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and proactively manage outstanding customer payments.
  • Manage corporate finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize the company’s capital structure while maintaining liquidity to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Admin, People, Fund Operations) to support organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience handling a full set of accounting.
  • Experience in MAS forms submission.
  • Prior working experience in the financial services industry.
