As part of Platform and Structured Solutions Sales, you will be a key member of our dynamic team, responsible for expanding our Asian footprint with a focus on engaging institutional clients and external asset managers on the firms execution-to-custody capabilities and product suite. You will drive
business growth by developing and nurturing client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and deepen relationships with clients and stakeholders in the region, leveraging your existing network to drive growth and strengthen the company presence in the market.
• Lead the commercial strategy, including client acquisition, retention, and promotion of the firms financial expertise and technology. Focus on delivering innovative investment solutions that align with client needs.
• Collaborate with other business lines and global offices to enhance overall service offerings and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with a robust internal support team to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, contributing to the growth and success of company globally.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services. Experience in platform sales or institutional sales in structured solutions will be viewed favourably.
• Client-centric mindset and approach, ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable investment ideas with clarity and simplicity.
• Self-starter and result-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and have the motivation to achieve both personal and professional goals.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of structured solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
