Job Summary:
Join a dynamic team as an Accounting Manager, serving as the FinOp for broker-dealer clients. This role offers the chance to lead a team, manage client accounts, and drive financial success.
 
Responsibilities:

• Serve as FinOp for broker-dealer clients, overseeing accounts and a small team
• Manage general ledgers, including bank reconciliations, payroll, accruals, and prepaids
• Prepare annual financial statements and support audits (FINRA/SEC)
• Produce FOCUS reports and calculate monthly net capital

  
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 + years of Experience working within a US broker-dealer or Investment Adviser.
• CPA or Series 27 FinOp license preferred
• Strong team management and deadline skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

The salary range is between $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
