Main Duties
- Oversee BAU processing for department functions, including early shift work and rostered public holidays.
- Supervise daily processing activities, addressing issues and managing escalations.
- Lead, manage, and support staff development within the team.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure effective BAU delivery and team coverage.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to develop and implement team strategy.
- Identify process gaps and drive system enhancements and process improvements.
- Support and manage Prime Brokerage and department projects and initiatives.
- Document business requirements and functional specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations.
- 7+ years in a mid-management role.
- Strong product and market knowledge across asset classes, especially Equities and Securities.
- Knowledge of US QI preferred.
- Experience in system roll-outs preferred.
