A leading FinTech offering Post-Trade SaaS solutions are looking for a new SDR to lead their US sales revamp.

Client: Back-Office, Post-Trade SaaS (Reconcilliation, Reg Monitoring)
Role: Sales Development Representative
Location: New York, NY
Comp: $70K - $90K Base + Bonus

Overview
Our client is a leading provider of financial transaction lifecycle management solutions. They focus heavily on streamlining client operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk through innovative technology.

The firm are a long-standing leader within their coverage and have recently announced the launch of a brand new platform to further support their growth efforts globally. 

They bring an international presence and support some of the largest Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Bulge Bracket banks. 

Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Outreach: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects and introduce the firm's solutions.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our target market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and provide them with detailed information about prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively communicate the firm's value proposition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for technology and sales.
