Director - Prime Brokerage Sales - FX & Rates
  
Our client, a leading Financial Institution in New York, is looking for a seasoned Sales professional to join their Prime Brokerage division in Midtown.
  
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Prime Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies targeting Hedge Funds and Asset Managers, with a specific focus across FX and Rates products. This strategic role offers significant visibility to senior management and the opportunity to shape the direction of the Prime Brokerage business in the US.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at Hedge Funds and Asset Managers
  • Create tailored solutions for clients' Prime Brokerage needs across FX and Rates products
  • Collaborate with Cross-Asset Trading, Risk Management, and Operations teams
  • Present complex financing solutions to sophisticated institutional clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Credit, Legal, and Onboarding teams to facilitate efficient client setup
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to senior management
  
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Prime Brokerage sales experience with a focus on FX and Rates products
  • Established network within the Hedge Fund and Asset Management community
  • Deep understanding of FX and Rates markets, products, and trading strategies
  • Futures and Options experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of Prime Brokerage services, including margin, financing, and reporting
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex Prime Brokerage agreements
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting Prime Brokerage
