Job Description
 
We are seeking a skilled IT Operations/System Analyst to a leading exchange in Singapore.
 
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including solution vendors and platform specialists, to implement changes and updates into production environments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures by addressing system vulnerabilities, gathering audit evidence, and maintaining system integrity.
• Perform application recovery, non-functional testing, system monitoring, and verification.
• Identify breakpoints, security vulnerabilities, and application anomalies, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Analyst or IT Operations Analyst.
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows Operating Systems, and FIX protocols.
• Experience managing cloud systems, including deploying applications, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting within AWS and Azure environments.
• Ability to write scripts using shell, Python, SQL, or PowerShell.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Focused on operations and production, with a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to work on weekends and outside regular office hours as needed.

This role will support IT operations for a major exchange in Singapore, ensuring seamless performance and compliance across systems and applications.
