Seeking sales candidates for a fintech firm selling Fin crime/ AML and compliance solutions.

A dynamic individual with high energy and drive is sought for the role of Account Executive in Singapore. In this position, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within a designated set of accounts or territory. Your tasks will include prospecting, qualifying leads, developing relationships, and closing deals, leveraging strong relationship management skills. Using consultative selling techniques, you'll align client needs with cutting-edge solutions. Success in this role requires nurturing existing relationships and actively identifying and seizing opportunities to expand the company's presence across the enterprise.
 
How will you make an impact?
  • Create, drive, and close new business for designated accounts
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas
  • Uncover and generate new opportunities for named accounts
  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive new relationships, especially with C-suite executives and adjacent business lines
  • Take ownership of the customer experience with a focus on satisfaction and retention
What do you need to succeed?
  • Proven track record as a sales hunter and closer
  • At least 6 years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience selling at the C-suite level, especially within the financial services space
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in business, finance, or computer science
  • Background in anti-fraud, compliance, and/or anti-money laundering software is a plus
