Role Overview: - Reporting Structure:
- Reporting into the APAC Head of Ops Change and functionally to the Global Program Manager for key global initiatives (where relevant).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and plan the delivery of activities related to key components of the program.
- Ensure adherence to change management directives, including ways of working.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Technology, Distribution, Investment, Operations, and Change Management.
- Work with external service providers to establish a joint program organization structure and framework for effective governance and monitoring.
- Capture and document emerging risks and issues related to the change management function.
- Support the program throughout the delivery cycle, including managing the change request process, team meetings, reviews, and information sharing.
- Manage concurrent activities while adhering to business priorities.
- Engage with key senior stakeholders across the business.
- Oversee the program team, including Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- Balance global alignment with APAC-specific regulatory and client demands.
- Control the budget associated with program responsibilities, including internal and external spend, tracking forecast vs. actual spend, and maintaining a profit and loss view of the spend profile.
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications: - Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale and complex programs across multiple departments or functional domains.
- Strong Operations domain knowledge, with preference given to candidates with experience in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Investment Operations.
- Proficient program and/or project management skills using a recognized methodology.
Preferred Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications: - Understanding of the Asset Management industry and market practices in Asia.
- Experience in digital assets or blockchain-related initiatives is advantageous.
- Successful project implementation experience with external service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to present information effectively.
