Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in a trading assistant or similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong programming skills in VBA, Python, and SQL are highly valued.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, including experience with multi-asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement quantitative trading tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with algorithmic or automated trading systems.
- Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance in trading.
- Familiarity with market data platforms such as Bloomberg or Reuters.
