- Market-make and trade in both non-ferrous and precious metals, ensuring adherence to in-house position limits.
- Provide daily market insights and updates on metals for the client base.
- Ensure client orders in base, precious, and ferrous metals are placed, processed, and recapped accurately and promptly.
- Manage overnight orders on behalf of London traders and the AE team via LME Select, TT (for Comex/arb orders), and precious metals.
- Service and manage the Singapore client base, promoting the full suite of services to existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated on market data and economic indicators that may influence market movements.
- Regularly review charts on Bloomberg for key levels, support/resistance points, moving averages, and trend channels.
- Utilize Reuters Eikon, WeChat, Bloomberg, and other relevant electronic communication platforms as needed.
- Operate electronic trading and in-house systems as required.
- Staff the order desk and handle other ad hoc duties as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, both domestically and internationally.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA, LME, MAS, NFA, and AML regulations.
- Certifications required: Singapore CMFAS and FMRP, FCA exam, and NFA FINRA Series 32.
