Possess a thorough understanding of LSTA/LMA settlement documents, agent bank notifications, credit agreements, and other essential credit-related documents.
Exhibit strong coordination skills to collaborate with all stakeholders for the timely receipt and review of trade documentation and settlement execution.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and various parties, ensuring timely delivery of status updates.
Manage processes and deliverables to meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Skillfully address complex issues or escalate them when necessary.
Train, mentor, and oversee team members to foster their development.
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Adhere to and enforce established policies and procedures.
Develop efficient quality control metrics to enhance operational effectiveness.
Set and monitor performance targets to ensure continuous improvement.
