Head of Sales - Risk and Compliance

Our client, a boutique Consultancy firm, is seeking a high-caliber Sales leader to spearhead their Risk and Compliance practice in North America.
  
Joining a small, tight knit group, you will be responsible for leading the Sales efforts for the firm’s Risk and Compliance function in the US, targeting local and global Financial Institutions across both the Buy and Sell Side, cultivating relationships with C-Suite individuals and offering a best-in-class solution across the demanding Risk and Compliance sectors.
  
Position Overview:
Joining as a Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the firm's growth in the Risk and Compliance sector, focusing on Banks, Hedge Funds, and Asset Managers.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Risk and Compliance solutions
  • Lead Business Development activities, targeting key clients and sectors, owning PnL
  • Provide client advisory on strategy, solutions, and delivery approaches
  • Write and execute client engagement proposals
  • Assemble and manage high-performing delivery teams
  • Implement solutions and provide post-go-live support
  • Contribute to internally built offerings and best-in-class solutions
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive culture
  
Qualifications:
  • Domain expertise gained at Director / Managing Director level
  • Proven consulting sales and delivery expertise at scale (Risk or Compliance is strongly desired), owning the PnL.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex issues
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering complex outcomes
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery methods
  • Ability to work dynamically on multiple projects
