Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing systems that support all of Financial Operations. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining processes across trade operations, asset servicing, and regulatory compliance.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for trade processing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Lead the development of technology roadmaps to address evolving business needs in areas such as securities master data, trade booking, and financial accounting
• Analyze complex operational workflows and propose tech-driven optimizations
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating operational requirements into technical specifications
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing financial systems
• Contribute to the firm's risk management framework through technology-enabled controls and monitoring tools

  
Candidate Background

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial technology roles, preferably on the Buyside.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, including trade lifecycle, asset servicing, and regulatory reporting
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects in a fast-paced financial environment
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and propose elegant solutions
• Strong communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Technical proficiency in financial systems and databases; programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) are highly desirable
