Scale-up trading technology fintech looking to grow the Client Integration team to support client delivery and growth.

THE COMPANY
Scale-up Fintech firm with a global presence providing trading technology to buy and sell side clients. The firm has had incredible success in the last 5 years and is now hiring for the next stage of its growth. 

THE ROLE

Your primary responsibility will be to support client integration efforts in the EMEA/APAC region. Specifically, you’ll work closely with clients to integrate them with the trading platform and prepare them for live trading. As part of our growing company, you’ll play a key role in enhancing existing client processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide clients through the entire integration process, including onboarding, account setup, file/API integration, implementation, and testing (covering both pre- and post-trade workflows).
  • Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales discussions to explain our technical offerings.
  • Provide updates to Business and Product support teams as clients progress through testing and onboarding.
  • Contribute to the overall design of our product offering and act as a client advocate within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated by Client Support teams.
  • Coordinate the release of new APIs and enhancements with external clients.
  • Test enhancements and new releases, coordinating rollout with Sales, clients, and support teams.
  • Collaborate with external software vendors integrated with our systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience.
  • 3+ years of FIX-based messaging experience (ideally other messaging formats like XML or JSON).
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and business interactions.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Right-to-work in UK - no visa sponsorship available. 
NICE TO HAVE
  • Some knowledge of post-trade lifecycle management and associated integration patterns.
  • Exposure to third-party trading software and connectivity vendors, particularly front and middle office trading systems.
