Implementation Manager for a Fintech firm supporting efforts in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the implementation of centralized data management solutions and investment book of record (IBOR) systems.
  • Customize software, define workflows, and optimize using advanced platforms.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide best practice guidance.
  • Offer hands-on project support, report generation, and client training.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 10+ years of software implementation experience in the banking/financial sector.
  • Strong coding skills in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Java, C++ etc.).
  • Expertise in RDBMS, data modeling, SQL, and knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
  • Experience with financial data providers like Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, and team-oriented.
