Shamima is our dynamic Head of Operations at Trevose Partners. With a journey that commenced in June 2016 as an Office Manager, Shamima has not only become the heartbeat of our office but has also risen to the position of Head of Operations in 2020, showcasing her exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
In her current role, Shamima oversees the intricate tapestry of day-to-day operations, including Billing, AP, Vendor management, Contracts and renewals, and marketing, among other vital aspects. Her dedication extends globally, as she provides invaluable support to all our international offices.
Beyond her operational expertise, Shamima adds a vibrant touch to the office environment. Renowned for her unwavering commitment to running engaging social events, she is also known for fearlessly expressing her opinions. Whether tackling business matters or engaging in spirited debates about politics, sports, or reality TV, Shamima brings her unique perspective to the table.
Outside the professional realm, Shamima seamlessly balances her career with hands-on motherhood. Whenever time permits, she indulges in her love for a good documentary on Netflix, showcasing her passion for learning and staying informed.
