Global Futures Operations Lead

Challenge

A Trevose Partners client based in Singapore approached us about returning to the UK as his Asia role could not provide a platform for promotion.

Approach

We were aware that a major Bank needed a Global Futures Operations Lead and via our network we were introduced to the hiring manager in NYC. Ultimately our candidate was the preferred option but the bank could not offer a relocation package. Undeterred, Trevose learned that another global institution needed to fill the very same position. A targeted call to the hiring manager led to an offer and subsequent relocation.

Outcome

The candidate, along with their family, relocated to London and led a multi-year change programme which ultimately provided a platform to achieve MD within 2 years.
